Application

PSQ filter housings and cartridges are suited for use in a wide range of applications and also offer many advantages over traditional filtration methods with its ability to be
used in high temperature applications and chemically aggressive environments as well as for general purpose filtration. PSQ filter housings are constructed completely
from Stainless Steel, PTFE or PVC with Viton O-ring. If they constructed with stainless steel material, they are free from welds and comply with NACE MR-01-75. PSQ
produce only two common use filters in terms of size recently. We can produce special filters upon request. Just tell us what you need.

● PE, PTFE and Stainless steel filter elements are available.
● PE elements are ideal for applications where a low cost plastic filter element is
required.
● PE elements can be supplied in a number of grades such as 2, 10, 20, 40 and 100
micron grades.
● PE elements with maximum temperature of up to 150°C are available.
● PTFE temperature range from -150°C to +200°C maximum in air.
● PTFE filter elements can be supplied in 3μm, 25μm grades from stock, other
grades are available to order.
● Chemical resistance to certain substance according to filter element material.
● All of them are self-sealing
● Stainless steel elements can be supplied in a number of grades such as 1, 3, 10,
25 and 100 micron grades.
● Stainless steel temperature range from -50°C to +200°C maximum in air.

Application

PTFE filter elements (Teflon) are produced by pure PTFE granules without any other substances used in the filter construction. PE filter elements are ideal for applications
where a low cost plastic filter element is required with a maximum operational temperature of 150°C. Stainless steel filter elements are composed of sintered powdered
316L material is available upon request. These can be supplied to order in a wide range of diameters and lengths. We can also supply custom sizes and shapes to suit
your application. Above 200ºC the pressure rating is reduced, consult PSQ for the exact rating at any specific temperature.
